Questions
How do I pay?
On the Subscribe page you choose a plan and Monthly or Yearly, then Cashfree's secure page asks for your UPI, card or bank details. We never see them. Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, Prices include GST, and every payment gets a GST invoice you can print or save as PDF.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the Subscribe page. Your plan stays on until the period you already paid for ends. Your videos and screenshots stay in your account.
What counts towards the video and screenshot limits?
Only items stored in SnapMyNest Cloud. Screenshots and recordings saved on your own computer do not count. Delete an item to make room.
Why can Free recordings on my computer only be 5 minutes?
That is the limit of the Free and Starter plans for recordings made with the extension. Pro has no time limit. Screenshots are not limited.
Do I need an account to use the extension?
No. Screenshots, recording (within the Free limits), editing and the local library work without signing in. An account is needed for SnapMyNest Cloud and for the paid plans.
Do you accept payments from outside India?
Payments are in Indian rupees for now. International payments are planned.
