Terms of Use
These terms apply to the SnapMyNest Chrome extension and the website snapmynest.com, provided by RTSoftware Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By installing or using SnapMyNest you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The service
SnapMyNest lets you capture screenshots, record your screen, edit them and, if you choose, upload them to your own Google Drive or YouTube account. Most features run on your device. Features may change, improve or be removed over time.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to what you capture and record. We do not receive it and do not claim any rights to it. You are responsible for what you capture, record and upload, and for having the right to do so. Please respect other people’s privacy and rights, and the laws that apply to recording (for example, getting consent before recording other people).
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use SnapMyNest to break the law or the rights of others.
- Do not try to disrupt, reverse engineer for harmful purposes, or misuse the extension or this website.
- When you upload to Google services you must also follow Google’s own terms (for example the Google Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service).
4. Third-party services
Google Drive and YouTube are services of Google LLC. Your use of them is governed by Google’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their limits (for example upload quotas or YouTube’s review of apps). SnapMyNest is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
5. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
SnapMyNest is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work with every website, computer or Chrome version. Keep a copy of anything important.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RTSoftware Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of SnapMyNest. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If you keep using SnapMyNest after a change, you accept the new terms. You can stop using SnapMyNest at any time by removing the extension.
